CHANGING/CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel the delivery of your supplement order if you call or email us before the order is processed. If you would like to change an order it will have to be cancelled, then reordered.

Online we price match other Canadian site to site. We do not price match online to in-store & vice versa. We just need to verify the prices & keep in mind we do take shipping into account.

RETURNS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Our guarantee is to ensure that you are pleased and satisfied with your shopping experience. We will gladly accept returns up to 60 days from the date of purchase in store or delivery if ordered online.
In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

SHIPPING

TIME

Everything is shipped expedited, so orders arrive in a timely matter and a tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is packed. Which is trackable late afternoon/early evening on the same day the order is packed, once Canada Post scans the order in.

 Shipping Cost $

Orders shipped within Canada with a subtotal of $100 or more before tax qualify for free shipping. 

We do not ship outside of Canada currently.
