Suggested use
Directions:
Adults: Add 1 scoop (30 g) to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 150 mL (5 oz) of cold water or your favourite beverage (vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and sweetness level). Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consume once daily for the maintenance of good health.
